Grosseto: During the 31st edition of Festambiente, held in Rispescia (GR), in the heart of the Maremma, the “Good Practices for Innovation” awards took place, during which the Legambiente and Libera associations presented 5 merit awards to celebrate projects, practices and research aimed at environmental sustainability. Blue Eco Line received this award directly from the hands of the Grosseto chief of police, Domenico Ponziani. Receiving this recognition is a great source of pride for us, as Legambiente represents environmental protection across the whole country and it is concrete proof that River Cleaner can be a valid tool to counter the progressive pollution of our seas. During the ceremony, President Bellacchi of the Consorzio di Bonifica 6 Toscana Sud also spoke, stating that “Rivers and consequently seas need interventions and projects to prevent plastic pollution and to find alternatives to plastic. The Consorzio 6 Toscana Sud and ANBI Toscana are willing to support startups and new collaborations heading in this direction.”
